Erajaya is seeking a high-performing and strategic Site Acquisition Supervisor to join our expanding team. This role, based in the Makassar talent pool, is pivotal in ensuring the successful identification, negotiation, and acquisition of key sites to support our retail and operational footprint. As a Site Acquisition Supervisor, you will act as the frontline representative for Erajaya, managing complex negotiations with landlords and property stakeholders to secure prime locations that align with our growth objectives.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the local property market, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the technical aptitude to conduct thorough site surveys. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end acquisition lifecycle, ensuring that all projects are completed within timeline and budget constraints while maintaining high standards of compliance and documentation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for business expansion in accordance with company strategic requirements.
- Lead lease negotiations and contractual discussions with property owners, landlords, and relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess accessibility, infrastructure, and technical viability.
- Manage the administrative process of site acquisition, ensuring all legal and regulatory documentation is accurate.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to finalize lease agreements.
- Monitor and report on the progress of site acquisition activities to senior management.
- Maintain a robust network of property agents and local stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in site acquisition, property development, or real estate management.
- Proven track record in successful lease negotiation and property contract management.
- Strong technical knowledge of site survey processes and infrastructure assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in networking and maintaining relationships within the real estate industry.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required by project demands.
