Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure strict compliance with architectural drawings and design intent.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and verify quality control standards.
- Collaborate with structural engineers and project managers to resolve technical discrepancies in real-time.
- Manage the documentation of site reports, including progress photos, change orders, and material compliance updates.
- Interpret complex blueprints and schematics to guide construction crews on site.
- Ensure all construction methodologies align with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain project timelines and resolve site-specific bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Licensed Architect (RLA) in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in site supervision or construction project management.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of local Philippine building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead on-site teams.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
