Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the implementation of architectural designs on construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of architectural elements
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure all requirements are met and approvals are obtained
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams on architectural matters
- Ensure that all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices
- Assist in resolving any design or construction-related issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Site Architect or in a similar role
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and excellence
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
