Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day capital expenditure (CAPEX) transactions at the site level
- Record and maintain fixed asset transactions ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Verify compliance with company policies and accounting standards for all capital transactions
- Prepare and submit regular reports on capital expenditures and fixed assets
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure proper documentation of capital assets
- Conduct periodic physical verification of fixed assets
- Assist in the preparation of budgets for capital expenditures
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in capital accounting records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in capital accounting or fixed asset management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial company is preferred
