Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering plans and safety regulations
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders for seamless execution
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Prepare daily progress reports and documentation for project records
- Manage construction resources and maintain project budget adherence
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards on-site
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site civil engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering design software
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Civil Engineer license (PRC preferred)
- Effective communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work in diverse site conditions and meet tight deadlines
