- Oversee daily on-site civil works and construction activities to ensure strict compliance with project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Manage, guide, and supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and construction laborers to maintain high productivity.
- Monitor project progress, prepare regular site reports, and proactively address any delays, technical issues, or bottlenecks.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to resolve design and technical issues on-site.
- Inspect and review ongoing projects to monitor compliance with local building codes, safety codes, and quality standards.
- Manage the allocation of resources, construction materials, and equipment efficiently to keep the project within budget and on schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Civil Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and local building codes in the Philippines.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to solve complex problems on-site.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, ETABS) and standard office applications.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Mandaue City, Cebu, and travel to different project locations as required.
