Join our dynamic team as a Site Construction Supervisor at PT LUXFELINE GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY, where you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of construction projects at MOMAS Global International, Baywalk Mall Jakarta. As a Site Construction Supervisor with Mandarin language skills, you will be responsible for coordinating daily construction activities, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced construction professionals who are fluent in Mandarin to bridge communication gaps between international stakeholders and local teams. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and laborers to ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the project progresses according to specifications.
Our ideal candidate brings 3+ years of hands-on site experience and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Oversee site operations, including material management, equipment allocation, and labor coordination
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, contractors, and team members
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project management
- Resolve on-site issues and make decisions to keep projects moving forward
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site construction supervision
- Fluency in Mandarin language (both written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Relevant degree or certification in construction management or civil engineering
