Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction site operations and project timelines
- Coordinate between contractors, engineers, and project managers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor resource allocation and inventory management
- Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions
- Generate progress reports and maintain project documentation
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders for updates and requirements
- Facilitate team training and skill development sessions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in site coordination or similar role
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple deadlines
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
