Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily site operations for IT infrastructure deployment projects
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-budget completion
- Liaise between technical teams, vendors, and clients to align project objectives
- Conduct site inspections and implement quality control measures
- Maintain accurate project documentation and compliance records
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate communication between on-site staff and headquarters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in project coordination or site management
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components and deployment processes
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in project management (PMP/Prince2) is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
