Reno Iconic Sdn Bhd is currently inviting a skilled and motivated professional to fill the position of Site Coordinator cum Electrical Technician in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for an individual who possesses a unique blend of technical electrical expertise and strong organizational skills. As a Site Coordinator cum Electrical Technician, you will be integral to our project success, handling the supervision of electrical works while managing site logistics. You will provide hands-on technical assistance to the team and ensure that all electrical installations meet the highest quality standards and safety regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and oversee electrical installation works on-site to ensure strict compliance with blueprints, technical specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor daily site activities and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Assist the engineering team in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues during the installation and commissioning phases.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and report any delays or quality issues to project management.
- Ensure the proper maintenance, storage, and safety handling of all electrical tools and equipment.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free working environment for all site personnel.
- Manage site documentation, including daily logs, material requisitions, and inspection reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in electrical installation and site supervision roles.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical wiring systems, circuit diagrams, and local electrical codes.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between clients, contractors, and the technical team.
- Valid Electrical Technician license (SKM/SPM) is a strong advantage.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to project sites.
