Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure interior fit-out projects progress according to the master schedule.
- Review and interpret technical construction drawings, floor plans, and elevation details to guide on-site installation.
- Monitor site progress regularly, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing solutions to maintain project milestones.
- Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient resource allocation and workflows.
- Conduct quality inspections to verify that materials and finishes align with the approved design specifications.
- Ensure that all site works comply with safety regulations and site house rules.
- Prepare accurate progress reports and site documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and technical interior drawings is strictly required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Good understanding of construction materials, building services, and local safety standards.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to high-quality project delivery.
- Relevant certification in Building Construction, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
