Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary liaison between key clients and third-party logistics partners to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse and yard management operations, optimizing space utilization and workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate production schedules and manpower allocation to meet fluctuating operational demands.
- Monitor and control inventory levels through regular cycle counts and system audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Plan and execute inbound and outbound logistics operations, strictly adhering to client KPIs and safety standards.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and facilitate regular performance review meetings.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or site coordination role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a valid Forklift license and certification in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) is an added advantage.
