Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee complete project lifecycle from conceptualization to installation
- Develop detailed design plans including layouts, material specifications, and 3D visualizations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients for seamless execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Manage project documentation including permits, approvals, and progress reports
- Optimize space utilization while maintaining aesthetic integrity
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design renovation projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methodologies
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
