- Identify and evaluate potential store sites through comprehensive market analysis and demographic research
- Conduct feasibility studies including competitor analysis, traffic patterns, and consumer behavior assessment
- Negotiate lease agreements and secure favorable terms with property owners and landlords
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (construction, operations, marketing) to ensure timely store openings
- Manage project timelines and budgets for all site development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and company standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in real estate and property management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in retail site development, commercial real estate, or expansion management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial projections
- Expertise in lease negotiation and contract management
- Proven project management experience with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Deep knowledge of Jakarta's commercial real estate market and regulatory environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
