Tanggung Jawab
- Comply with company rules and regulations and manage work arrangements for the service department effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults to ensure continuous and safe operations.
- Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to safety protocols and electrical codes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement technical solutions and process improvements.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of maintenance activities.
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on electrical engineering best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in electrical engineering, with a preference for candidates in the power industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
