SHSY Electric Power Corporation is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Electrical Engineer to join our expanding team in Bohol. This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational excellence, safety, and reliability of our electrical infrastructure projects.
As our Site Electrical Engineer, you will be the bridge between design and implementation, working on-site to oversee electrical installations, maintenance protocols, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with service department leads to ensure that every project adheres to our high standards of quality and performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee on-site electrical installation projects to ensure strict adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the service department to execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for power systems.
- Ensure all site activities comply with company policies, local labor regulations, and environmental safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential electrical hazards and implement timely corrective actions.
- Prepare accurate project progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional teams in troubleshooting complex electrical issues and optimizing system performance.
- Manage the deployment of on-site resources and ensure work arrangements align with project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
- Proven experience in site supervision or electrical project management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and relevant safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate with on-site contractors.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using technical software and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to be based in Bohol and adapt to site-specific work schedules.
