PT Heron Arsitektur Indonesia is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team for a high-profile, mission-critical data center project in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the technical lead on-site, ensuring that all electrical installations meet international standards for reliability, safety, and performance. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between design blueprints and field execution, coordinating closely with contractors to maintain project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily site electrical installation activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and site personnel to ensure efficient workflows and timely completion of electrical works.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections for electrical equipment, wiring, and integration systems.
- Manage the testing and commissioning process of power distribution units (PDU), UPS, and backup generator systems.
- Monitor site progress against the project master schedule and resolve technical bottlenecks immediately.
- Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to local electrical codes (PUIL) and international data center facility standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical progress reports and documentation for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of site engineering experience, preferably within mission-critical facilities or large-scale commercial projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical single-line diagrams (SLD) and shop drawings.
- Hands-on experience with data center electrical infrastructure, including switchgear, transformers, and UPS systems.
- Strong knowledge of local electrical standards (PUIL) and international safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively manage on-site teams.
- Professional certification (SKT/SKA) in Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.
