Join the dynamic team at Jebsen & Jessen as a Site Engineer. In this pivotal 1-year contract role, you will oversee the technical integrity and operational flow of the installation phase, ensuring seamless project execution. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage on-site activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure all engineering standards are met. You will play a key role in identifying potential risks, resolving technical issues in real-time, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the technical integrity and operational flow of the installation phase.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and cross-functional engineering disciplines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and implement immediate, effective solutions.
- Monitor project progress and report on technical milestones and deliverables.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and sub-contractors regarding technical specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in site engineering or construction management.
- Strong ability to manage installation phases and ensure smooth operational flow.
- Deep knowledge of engineering codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
