Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise mechanical installations and maintenance activities in a chemicals/plastics manufacturing facility
- Implement WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) protocols and Work-at-Height safety procedures
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource allocation for mechanical systems
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks for mechanical components
- Prepare technical documentation including as-built drawings and maintenance reports
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH certification (mandatory)
- Valid Work-at-Height certification
- Minimum 3 years of site engineering experience in manufacturing/construction
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in industrial environments
- Proven experience with safety compliance in high-risk industrial settings
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
