Qian Tong Construction (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at Changi Airport. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the technical coordination of on-site activities, ensuring that all construction projects are executed safely, within defined timelines, and in strict adherence to our high-quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues during construction.
- Ensure all works comply with structural designs, building regulations, and safety standards (WSH).
- Monitor material usage and equipment deployment to optimize site productivity and costs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project managers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Lead safety briefings and maintain a high standard of workplace safety and health compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related construction field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in site engineering, preferably within infrastructure or commercial construction.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, and construction management software.
- Solid understanding of Singapore Building Control Act and WSH regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Candidates with experience in airport-related construction or public sector projects are highly preferred.
