As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the dayâtoâday management of construction activities, ensuring that each phase of the project adheres to design specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Key duties include coordinating with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers, performing rigorous quality and safety audits, and preparing detailed progress reports. You will also play a vital role in risk assessment, problem resolution, and the implementation of bestâpractice construction methodologies.

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily construction activities onâsite to meet project schedules.
- Monitor compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards; conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Manage material procurement, equipment utilization, and workforce allocation to ensure costâeffective project delivery.
- Prepare and update progress reports, technical documentation, and asâbuilt drawings.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design and construction queries.
- Implement quality control procedures and address nonâconformities promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional license (e.g., Registered Civil Engineer) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problemâsolving skills.
