We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join the Ancon Anda team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the technical supervision and management of construction projects, ensuring that all activities are executed in strict accordance with design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines. You will act as the bridge between the field operations and the management team, providing critical insights and documentation to drive project success.
The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-conscious, and possesses a strong background in civil engineering principles. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement corrective actions for defects.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Manage site documentation, including material logs, site diaries, and technical drawings.
- Monitor project timelines and report any potential delays to project management.
- Ensure the site remains clean, organized, and safe for all workers.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar Site Engineer or Construction role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead site teams effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks on site.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
