Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring strict compliance with construction plans and specifications.
- Conducting regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards are met.
- Liaising effectively with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets, reporting any delays or obstacles immediately.
- Ensuring all safety protocols and regulatory requirements are followed by the site team at all times.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate daily reports, progress logs, and project documentation.
- Managing material resources and coordinating logistics on-site to prevent workflow interruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and local building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a team setting.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Valid certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) is highly preferred.
