Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide construction processes accurately
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures on construction sites
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress monitoring, and documentation of construction milestones
- Resolve technical issues and challenges arising during construction operations promptly and effectively
- Prepare and submit progress reports, daily logs, and technical documentation to project management
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure design integrity and construction feasibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in site engineering or construction supervision
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and technical documentation
- Strong understanding of Malaysian construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar technical design software is highly advantageous
- Valid construction site supervisor certification or equivalent professional qualification
