Netforce International is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cebu City. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction and engineering projects, ensuring seamless coordination between the Project Manager, Procurement and Logistics Department, and external suppliers.
You will play a critical role in verifying materials delivery, tracking shipments, and ensuring proper receipt of all construction materials. Your expertise will help maintain project timelines and quality standards while supporting our commitment to operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure smooth execution of site activities and adherence to project schedules
- Interface with Procurement and Logistics Department to verify materials delivery and inventory management
- Track and monitor supplier shipments to ensure timely receipt of construction materials and equipment
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with engineering specifications and standards
- Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and progress updates for stakeholders
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve any delivery discrepancies or material-related issues
- Support the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with site safety regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in site engineering, construction, or project coordination roles
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes, and logistics operations
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities
- Registered Engineer or relevant professional certification is an advantage
