Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise subcontractors and site personnel to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards.
- Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs to provide accurate technical guidance on-site.
- Monitor site progress and prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project management.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve site technical issues promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with local building regulations and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure material usage efficiency and quality control.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in commercial or residential construction.
- Strong understanding of structural drawings and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software is a strong advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport to travel between project sites.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-paced construction environment.
