Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring all works align with approved plans and specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and site laborers, providing technical guidance and supervision.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain structural integrity and finish quality.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly progress reports, including material usage and manpower tracking.
- Enforce strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards to ensure a zero-accident work environment.
- Coordinate the delivery and inventory of construction materials to prevent site delays.
- Assist in the resolution of technical design discrepancies and site-specific engineering problems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered).
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word).
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, structural drawings, and MEP plans.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City and adapt to project-based schedules.
