PT Fortuna Jaya Sukses is seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join our expanding team in Batam. In this role, you will serve as the technical backbone of our field operations, ensuring that projects are executed with precision, safety, and excellence.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between architectural plans and on-site reality. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with diverse teams, and ensuring that all technical documentation meets our high company standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and internal project managers to streamline workflows and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Prepare, review, and update technical working drawings (Shop Drawings) to facilitate accurate construction.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and material tracking.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to ensure tasks are completed within the designated schedule.
- Assist in the preparation of project progress claims and technical submittals for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction field role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, construction methods, and building codes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate on-site teams.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to be based in Batam and travel to project sites as required.
