We are currently seeking a dedicated and competent Site Engineer to join our team for an exciting high-rise development project in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team to resolve technical issues and maintain quality control. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for the high-rise project.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for project management.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and material quality.
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Assist in planning and scheduling of construction activities.
- Manage and maintain site documentation, including method statements and test records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction, preferably in high-rise projects.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and project management software.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
