Site Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our project team based in the North Region.

As a key member of our operational team, you will take full ownership of site-based engineering activities. Your primary focus will be on project planning, scheduling, coordination, and quality control to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals, subcontractors, and clients, making your role critical to the success of our ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, resource plans, and procurement schedules to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and streamline workflows.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Manage the delivery, storage, and utilization of materials and equipment on site.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address feedback effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer on large-scale building or civil projects in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of local construction standards, building codes, and workplace safety regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., BCSS, Lifting Supervisors) are highly advantageous.
