Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily construction operations and site activities on location.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and engineering plans.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed progress reports for management.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and labor.
- Resolve technical issues and site-related challenges efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials used, and work completed.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in site engineering or construction management.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or MS Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various construction sites.
