- Assist project managers in coordinating on-site and off-site meetings to resolve technical issues
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including daily reports and site plans
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
