Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency
- Implement and enforce safety standards and quality control procedures on-site
- Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, and identify potential delays
- Manage construction materials inventory and resource allocation
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction documentation
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site management practices
- Certification in safety protocols (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
