Malpakat Group is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Johor Bahru. As a Site Engineer, you will act as the technical lead on-site, ensuring that all construction activities are executed according to engineering specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with design specifications and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site supervisors to manage workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress against the master schedule and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for the construction team.
- Prepare comprehensive site progress reports, site diaries, and technical documentation for stakeholders.
- Manage site logistics, including materials procurement, equipment maintenance, and material inventory.
- Facilitate communication between the site team, consultants, and project management office.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in building construction or civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and site procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the capability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Possession of a valid site safety certification (e.g., CIDB Green Card) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site in Johor Bahru.
