We are on the lookout for a talented, energetic, and results-oriented Site Engineer to oversee daily operations on our current and upcoming projects in Cagayan de Oro and nearby areas. Your core responsibilities will encompass technical supervision, quality assurance, resource management, and site safety. You will manage material deliveries, coordinate subcontractor activities, maintain meticulous site documentation, and ensure strict compliance with all health and safety standards.

Salary: ₱18,000 - ₱25,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day construction activities on the project site to ensure adherence to the master schedule.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents, and provide clear technical guidance to the site team.
- Conduct regular quality control and assurance inspections to ensure work meets the highest standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site labor to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor site resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, ensuring optimal allocation and minimal waste.
- Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports, daily site logs, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and site conditions promptly.
- Enforce strict compliance with company safety policies, environmental regulations, and building codes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Civil Engineer (RCE) is an advantage but not strictly required for strong candidates.
- Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer in the construction industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and standard office applications.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and legal regulations in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino (knowledge of Cebuano is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
