- Supervise daily construction site operations and coordinate contractor activities
- Monitor project progress against milestones and ensure adherence to schedules
- Enforce quality control standards and technical specifications
- Implement and maintain site safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation
- Manage resources, materials, and equipment allocation
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of site engineering experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and quality standards
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project plans
- Valid professional engineering license (BEM registered)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera)
