We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee critical aspects of our ongoing projects based in the Farrer Park locality. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless execution from conception to completion. As a Site Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of the site team, ensuring all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and the highest safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones are achieved within budget and schedule.
- Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, architectural drawings, and structural requirements.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality control checks, and resolve any technical discrepancies on-site.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, method statements, and risk assessments for management review.
- Provide innovative engineering solutions to resolve complex site challenges effectively.
- Manage site documentation, including as-built drawings, work permits, and material approvals.
- Champion workplace safety and promote a culture of Zero Harm among all site personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a closely related field recognized by the PE Board.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant site engineering experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations (WSH Act).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and construction management software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead site teams effectively.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant safety certifications (e.g., BCA Safety, Supervisor Safety Course) are highly advantageous.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
