Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily construction activities to ensure strict adherence to engineering plans, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify that work is up to code and meets company quality standards.
- Coordinate with government agencies and local offices to facilitate and process necessary construction permits and clearances.
- Manage subcontractors and on-site workers to ensure project timelines and milestones are met efficiently.
- Prepare accurate progress reports, daily accomplishment logs, and technical documentation for project stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols (OSHA standards) to maintain a zero-accident site environment.
- Identify potential construction issues or roadblocks and proactively provide technical solutions to minimize delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (Board Passer).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in residential or vertical construction projects.
- Proficient in interpreting architectural/structural drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong working knowledge of local government permit processing and building code regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively in a field environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software is highly preferred.
