Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure strict adherence to engineering plans, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards, material integrity, and compliance with local building codes.
- Maintain a safe working environment by implementing, monitoring, and enforcing strict safety protocols and procedures.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, labor supervisors, and project managers to ensure seamless workflow and timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress against the schedule and budget, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, material requisitions, and daily site logs to the project management team.
- Resolve technical issues and engineering challenges that arise during the construction process in a timely manner.
- Manage inventory of construction materials and ensure proper storage on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in site engineering, with a preference for candidates who have worked on high-rise or commercial construction projects.
- Valid Professional Civil Engineer (PCE) license is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) and CAD tools.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse construction team.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site in various weather conditions.
