Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction operations and site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control standards and construction specifications.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines on-site.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for management.
- Manage material inventory and track project costs to stay within budget.
- Solve technical problems and provide engineering solutions during the construction process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in site supervision and construction management.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Negros Occidental.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and travel between project sites.
