Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure all operations adhere to the project plan.
- Interpret and verify architectural and engineering blueprints to ensure accurate implementation.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, local building codes, and OSHA regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor material usage, manage inventory, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards.
- Report project progress, delays, and potential risks to the project manager in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
- Licensure as a Professional Engineer (Engr) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and project management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
