- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues efficiently
- Ensure quality of work is carried out according to specifications and standards
- Monitor construction progress and implement quality control measures
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports and progress updates
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement proper safety protocols
- Manage resources effectively to meet project timelines and budget requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential issues before they escalate
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions on-site
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Certification in project management or related field is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
