Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project managers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure efficient execution
- Oversee daily site operations and enforce safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare technical documentation including progress reports, inspection logs, and as-built drawings
- Monitor material usage, equipment allocation, and labor productivity
- Resolve on-site technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with engineering plans, specifications, and local building codes
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain project documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of site engineering experience in construction
- Proficiency in reading construction drawings and technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety protocols
- Excellent coordination and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
- Valid PRC license as Civil Engineer preferred
