Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities at the site
- Ensure projects are completed according to specifications, timelines, and budget constraints
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues promptly
- Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols on the construction site
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with construction software and project management tools
- Certification in relevant engineering fields is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
