Join SINOHYDRO, a global powerhouse in hydropower development and infrastructure construction. Founded in the early 1950s, we are China's first brand in hydropower and are responsible for a significant portion of the country's large-scale energy projects. With a legacy of excellence spanning over seven decades, we are now expanding our operations and seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join our team in the Tuas Industrial Estate.
In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful delivery of our engineering projects. You will be responsible for the technical supervision of construction activities, ensuring that all work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to world-class infrastructure development.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily progress against the project schedule and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations (ESG).
- Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, material logs, and progress updates.
- Manage site resources, including machinery, equipment, and labor allocation, to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site to maintain a zero-incident environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in site engineering or construction management.
- Valid Site Supervisor or Site Manager Certificate is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local construction codes, safety standards (SSS), and quality control procedures.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
