Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety protocols
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to meet industry standards
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports and site plans
- Assist in resource allocation and material management to optimize project timelines
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainable construction practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Site Engineer in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and engineering specifications
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or site safety (OSHA) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Experience with construction management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for technical documentation
