Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering plans and safety protocols
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project efficiency
- Monitor material quality and construction progress through regular site inspections
- Prepare daily reports, technical documentation, and as-built drawings
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions during construction phases
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainable practices
- Manage project resources including labor, equipment, and materials
- Liaise with project stakeholders including clients, architects, and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of site engineering experience in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction codes and safety standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software
- Certification in construction safety management (SMK3) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work in fast-paced industrial environments
