Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site management
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction plans
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
- Certification in project management or construction safety (e.g., SMK3)
- Experience with project management software (AutoCAD, Primavera)
