Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure adherence to construction plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely project delivery.
- Monitor site progress and prepare detailed daily and weekly reports for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with all Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and site safety standards.
- Review structural drawings and technical specifications to identify and resolve potential construction issues early.
- Manage the procurement and inventory of essential site materials and equipment.
- Facilitate site meetings with consultants, clients, and internal teams to maintain project alignment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality meets company and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or construction project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing onsite teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD) is highly preferred.
