In this critical role, you will act as the primary technical point of contact on-site, ensuring that all engineering activities align with project specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
As our Site Engineer, you will bridge the gap between design plans and field execution. You will provide daily guidance to construction teams, troubleshoot technical challenges in real-time, and ensure that our projects in Jakarta are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with project blueprints and technical specifications.
- Provide expert technical guidance to site teams regarding construction methodologies and field challenges.
- Manage and resolve contractual issues, ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor site progress against project schedules and report status updates to senior management.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures and safety protocols at the work site.
- Review and approve material requests and site reports to ensure resource optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering or field supervision.
- Deep understanding of construction contractual frameworks and local building regulations in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of directing multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other relevant engineering software.
- Ability to work under pressure and commit to site-based project requirements.
